吴振教授,博士生导师,博彩网站排名-博彩导航 副院长,美国南佛罗里达大学医学院分子营养专业访问学者。国家高层次青年人才,浙江省杰出青年基金获得者。长期致力于乳畜产品营养组分分析与乳酸菌发酵功能因子营养健康特性研究,主要涉及乳畜制品发酵、乳酸菌株的营养及生化特性、乳酸菌肠道益生特性方面。借助畜产食品营养组分的肠道定向递送策略与肠道益生菌群的多元营养组分互作分析,挖掘营养组分-益生菌群-胃肠道-健康调节的多元互补响应机制。主持国家自然科学基金、科技部星火计划、浙江省杰出青年基金、浙江省重点研发项目等省部级项目,与宁波牛奶集团、宁波益富乐生物技术公司、乾生宁波科技有限公司、宁波老底子食品生物技术公司等多家企业建立了合作关系。近五年在食品领域国内外重要学术期刊上发表论文50余篇,其中作为第一作者发表SCIEI收录论文30余篇;获得国家教育部科技进步一等奖1项,授权发明专利9项。


研究方向:

1. 核心乳酸菌株菌群互作对乳基营养发酵调控机制探究,实现益生性乳酸菌在发酵乳制品中高效应用。

2. 乳酸菌与肠道菌群共生的之间肠道微生态互作效应解析,挖掘乳酸菌增强免疫力、改善宿主消化系统功能等方面的作用。

3. 乳源功能因子的精准定性定量,阐明功效因子的调控效应及宿主受体结合机制。
