蓝航镇,副教授,硕士生导师,赫尔辛基大学分析化学系博士,宁波大学王宽诚青年学者,农产品质量安全危害因子与风险防控国家重点实验室和浙江省生鲜食品智慧物流与加工重点实验室骨干成员。长期致力于食品安全快速检测和品质防控技术研究,主要包括食品中化学性危害因子快速检测技术、功能性纳米材料设计及定向合成改性、新型吸附材料性能调控及选择性捕获机理研究、新型微萃取技术与装置研发、食品安全快速筛查装备研发和畜禽食品真实性鉴别技术研究等。主持国家自然科学基金、浙江省重点研发专项课题、浙江省自然科学基金和宁波市重点研发等课题,获浙江省自然科学二等奖1项,发表SCI论文30余篇(其中TOP期刊10余篇,自然指数期刊论文1篇),授权发明专利4项。

食品中化学性危害因子快速检测技术研究、功能性纳米材料设计合成及定向改性机理研究、便携式食品安全检测装备研发、食品真实性鉴别技术研究
