个人简介:
王艳丽,工学博士,主要从事碳水化合物资源开发及利用(淀粉酶法改性、环糊精超分子体系、非淀粉多糖凝胶)、功能性食品开发、食品功能成分微胶囊化等方面的研究。以第一作者或共同一作在国内外重要期刊上共发表相关论文19篇,其中在Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、Food Hydrocolloids、Carbohydrate Polymers、Industrial Crops & Products、International Journal of Biological Macromolecules和Food & Function等期刊上发表SCI论文15篇(第一作者SCI论文10篇),获得授权发明专利3项。
