个人简介:

微生物学博士,硕士生导师。主要以分子生物学技术为基础,从事乳酸菌益生行为及功能应用研究。以第一作者/通讯作者在Carbohydrate Polymers, Ultrasonics Sonochemistry, Journal of Functional Foods, Journal of Dairy Science, Nutrients, mSphere, Cellular Microbiology等期刊发表近30篇SCI论文。主持国家、省、市厅级项目9项,参与国家自然科学基金重点、面上及省重点研发项目等多项。授权发明专利5项,科技成果转化1项。担任Frontiers in Cellular and Infection Microbiology客座副主编及多个杂志审稿人。

研究方向:

益生菌功能基因;益生菌与肠道稳态;乳品发酵。

(1) 国家自然科学基金:脂磷壁酸合酶LtaS介导的植物乳杆菌黏附效应及其机制研究,主持;

(2) 浙江省自然科学基金:脂磷壁酸介导植物乳杆菌肠道定殖的功能解析,主持;

(5) 宁波市自然科学基金:LuxS/AI-2群体感应系统介导的植物乳杆菌发酵乳品质及机制研究,主持;

(6) 宁波市自然科学基金:细胞壁脂磷壁酸合酶介导乳杆菌的细胞黏附效应,主持;

(7) 北京市开放基金:LuxS/AI-2群体感应系统介导益生乳酸菌发酵乳风味特征及其形成机制研究,主持;

(8) 中国博士后基金金:烟曲霉高铜响应转录因子AceA调控铜解毒机制和毒力研究,主持;
